RCS CLUB BYLAWS: ARTICLE I, SECTION I - "At a regular meeting one month prior to the annual meeting, the presiding officer shall ask for nominations by members of the club for  president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer, and three members of the board of  directors. Officers serve one year and directors serve two-year terms. The nominations will be presented by a nominating committee, by members from the floor or by members in writing.  The nominating committee shall consist of the five most immediate past-presidents, the president and the president-elect or as the club may designate."
