The Rotary Club of Scottsdale Arizona,
through The Scottsdale Rotary Club Foundation,
raises funds to primarily fund scholarships
for Scottsdale high school students going to
college or trade schools after graduation.
Additionally, funds are used for local
community service grants as well as national
and international project aid. Grand Prize for the
raffle will be a 2026 GMC Acadia AT4
or $35000 cash, winner's choice.

growth of Waymo's driverless cars in the Valley!
Starting in Tempe, they have expanded into
greater Scottsdale and Phoenix.

and Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale!
Andrea Smith, VP of Philanthropy with AZ Cancer
Foundation for Children. She spoke about the impact
on kids and their families of childhood cancer and how

She brought toys for us to tie ribbons on for the children.
Past President Mary Blank introduced our speaker,
ScottsdaleMayor Lisa Borowsky. Mayor Borowsky spoke to
us about important aspects of what's happening in the city
and her vision for keeping it a great place to live and desired
destination for all visitors.
President Chris, along with District Governor
Jim Schmidt, presented RCS member Kirk Bailey
with his 8th Paul Harris award.

Rachel Sacco introduced our speaker. Alix gave us insight into
how the Arizona Office of Tourism promotes Arizona locally,
nationally and internationally. Very interesting statistics on
where our visitors come from and the impact on Arizona's economy!
